The City of Muscatine and the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department is now soliciting bids for a new Rough Mower.

The services requested include, but are not limited to, the set-up and delivery of equipment as detailed in the attached scope of services.

The City of Muscatine would like to solicit bids from as many interested firms as possible. If your organization is interested in being considered, please fill out all of the enclosed information and return it in an envelope clearly marked “Golf Course Rough Mower” to:

All bids must be received in the Finance Department by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.  Bids will be publicly opened at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2023.  Late bids will be returned unopened. The City of Muscatine reserves the right to request additional information to assist in the review of the bids. The City of Muscatine also reserves the right to accept or reject any bids or part there of if it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Muscatine.
