MUSCATINE, Iowa – A new 18-hole par-3 course has been added to the Muscatine Municipal Golf Course for the 2019 season. The family-friendly par-3 course will be available for play any time during normal business operations.
The par-3 course uses the current 18 hole layout with the par-3 course marked by silver tees that are located 90- to 170-yards out from each green. The Par-3 Course is an excellent opportunity for beginners to be introduced to the game of golf, for those who want to practice their short game, and for golfers looking to play a quicker round.
A Nine-hole Par 3 contests will be offered monthly on Friday nights throughout the season for the more competitive at heart. Contest entry fees are $5.00 for members and $22.00 for non-members including greens fees.
