MUSCATINE, Iowa – Administrative offices at Muscatine City Hall will be closed on Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, for President’s Day. City administrative offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019.
The Recycling Center and Transfer Station will also be closed on Monday.
There will be no curbside refuse collection on Monday. Residents on the Monday route will have their refuse collected on Tuesday (Feb. 19, 2019), along with the normal Tuesday route.
There will be no change to the curbside recycling collection.
