MUSCATINE, Iowa – Muscatine Parks and Recreation invites the community to its eighth annual Fall Festival this year on Sunday, October 21 from 1 – 3 p.m. Activities will be held at the Muscatine Mall in the Center Court.
Face painting, Trick-or-Treat bag decorating, crafts and coloring are some of the activities that will be offered inside the Muscatine Mall. The Halloween Hike will take place inside the mall with groups leaving on a guided walk every 20 minutes. Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.
There is no cost to participate in the Fall Festival. Families and children of all ages are encouraged to attend this event.
