MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Muscatine Police Department is asking for the public’s help following an alleged robbery of the Family Dollar, 725 E. 2nd Street, Saturday morning. Muscatine police responded to the call at 10:28 a.m. Saturday, July 14, and are continuing their investigation.


The Muscatine Police Department is requesting that anyone who was in the area or shopping at this location Saturday morning to contact police. Anyone who has information related to the investigation is asked to contact Lieutenant Anthony Kies at 563-263-9922, extension 608.


The assistance from the public would be greatly appreciated by the police department and will help further the investigation.
