[ARCHIVED] Muscatine Police to present live video on hiring process

PSOH 100817b

MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Muscatine Police Department will be taking part in a live Facebook video Tuesday night to discuss the department’s upcoming hiring process. The show will begin at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, and will be hosted by Lieutenant Tim Hull of the Muscatine Police Department.

The Muscatine Police Department accepts applications every year but many people are hesitant to apply because they feel that they would not qualify to be a police officer. Lt. Hull will discuss what it takes to become a Muscatine police officer and will also field questions about any part of the process.

If you, or someone you know, has ever been interested in law enforcement, this is the show to watch. Mark 9 p.m. on your calendar and visit the Muscatine Police Department FACEBOOK page on Tuesday, July 17. This could be the best career choice you could make.

Applications are available through the City of Muscatine web site (JOBS) and are due by Friday, July 27, 2018.
