[ARCHIVED] Partnership kicks off new soccer camp

Muscatine Soccer Complex

MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department and the Muscatine High School Girls Soccer team are partnering to offer a new youth soccer camp to boys and girls in the second through seventh grade. The Muskie Youth Soccer Camp will take place Monday-Wednesday (August 13-15) at the Muscatine Soccer Complex. Second through fourth grades will play from 8-10 a.m. and fifth through seventh grade will play from 10 a.m.–12 p.m.  


Muscatine Girls Soccer players and coaches will be coordinating age-appropriate skill drills, team exercises, and scrimmages throughout the three-day camp. All skill levels are invited to enroll as boys and girls will learn new techniques while building on the fundamentals of play.


Register today for the first ever Muskie Youth Soccer Camp at the low price of $5 per camper. A tee-shirt and a free day pass to the Muscatine Aquatic Center is included in the price of registration. Tuition scholarships are also available for those in need.
