MUSCATINE, Iowa – Dick Drake Way will be closed to all traffic from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, to allow Canadian Pacific-Kansas City Railroad crews to complete necessary repairs at the rail crossing.
The closure will extend from the intersection of U.S. Highway 61 to Stewart Road. Only local traffic will be permitted beyond those intersections.
A detour route will be in place directing drivers to use Grandview Avenue (U.S. 61 Bypass) to Sampson Street, then to Stewart Road, and back to Dick Drake Way.
