MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Grandview Avenue Reconstruction Project will resume on Monday (April 3). Lane restrictions will be in place at various locations in the westbound lane from Main Street to Houser as work begins to complete sidewalk and other infrastructure improvements on the west side of Grandview.
Work on the south side will follow the work on the north side with lane restrictions in the eastbound lane.
Please obey all traffic control signage and be alert for construction workers. Find alternate routes if possible.
