The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite the community to the Fall Festival on Sunday, October 20 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Muscatine Mall Center Court. There will be several activities including coloring, cookie decorating, and more. Participating business in the Muscatine Mall will also be having a Trick-or-Treat activity at this time, so children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes. There is no cost to participate in any of the activities.
