MUSCATINE, Iowa – Route “B” recycling collection was not completed Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021, due to mechanical problems with the truck. Ripley Trailer Park’s recycling was the only area not picked up but will be collected on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021, along with the regular Wednesday “B” Route. If you did not have your recycling collected and are in Ripley’s Trailer Park, please leave your recycling bin out by 5 a.m. Wednesday.
