MUSCATINE, Iowa – MuscaBus, Muscatine’s Public Transit system, will be switching to snow routes only starting with the 3:30 p.m. run on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. Snow routes will be in effect until further notice. (See map)
In addition, the Musser Public Library & HNI Community Center will close at 3 p.m. today (Dec. 29, 2020) due to the weather conditions. The Library will resume normal hours on Wednesday (Dec. 30, 2020) when they will open at 10 a.m.
