The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite the community to the Elves Workshop on Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Pearl City Station on the Muscatine Riverfront. There will be holiday arts and crafts for the children. It is a FREE activity for children and families. There is no pre-registration required.
