The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite the community to the Fall Festival on Sunday, October 21 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Pearl City Station. There will be several activities including coloring, cookie decorating, and more. Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes. There is no cost to participate in the Fall Festival.
