MUSCATINE, Iowa – Mississippi Drive is tentatively scheduled to be closed from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, from Pine Street to Green Street. This section of Mississippi Drive will be closed in cooperation with Muscatine Power & Water (MPW) who will be removing part of the overhead power lines along that section of Mississippi Drive. At the same time, staff from the Parks & Recreation Department will be performing maintenance on the hillside between Broadway and Linn Street. The closure is dependent on the weather.
