MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Muscatine Public Safety Building (PSB) is now closed to the general public according to officials with the City of Muscatine. If a citizen comes to the PSB they will need to push the intercom button located at the front door to speak with dispatch. MUSCOM will ask the citizen to wait in their vehicle for an officer to come out and meet with them to gather the necessary information.

- For information on or to obtain Police Records - please call 563-263-9922 and ask to speak with Records. Record/Document fees need to be paid by check via US Mail. Documents will be sent via US Mail or email.
- For Fire/Ambulance invoices or records – please call 563-263-9922 and ask for EMS billing. If you have an invoice already please pay by mail.
- Burn permits can be applied for on line at muscatineiowa.gov.
