MUSCATINE, Iowa – Blaine Street will be closed to traffic starting Tuesday, January 7, 2020, from 4th Avenue to Isett Avenue (north side of Oak Park) due to construction of public infrastructure along the north side of the street. The closure is expected to last through Friday, January 10, 2020.
