The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite the community to the Elves Workshop on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Riverview Center at Cedar St. and Mississippi Dr. entrance to Riverside Park. There will be holiday arts and crafts for the children. It is a FREE activity for children and families. There is no pre-registration required.
