MUSCATINE, Iowa – Fulliam Avenue between Cedar Street and Logan Street will open to all traffic at 5 p.m. Friday (June 27), according to the Muscatine Department of Public Works.
KE Flatwork, Inc., the prime contractor for Phase 6 A&B of the West Hill Sanitary and Storm Sewer Separation Project, completed final landscaping and seeding work earlier today, marking a major milestone in the project.
Although the road has reopened, minor work remains, including the completion of punch list items. Drivers are advised to remain cautious, as construction crews may still be present in the area at times. Please slow down, stay alert, and watch for possible lane reductions as the project wraps up.
