MUSCATINE, Iowa – Please be advised that Grand Avenue will be closed to through traffic from 1812 Grand Avenue to 2014 Grand Avenue starting on Monday, May 5. The closure is tentatively scheduled to last through May 15.
Needham Excavating, Inc., will be installing a new sanitary sewer service connection for the Jimmy Johns Building being constructed in the 1800 block of Park Avenue.
The detour will be to take McArthur to Park Avenue to Harrison Street. Local resident traffic only will be permitted into the construction zone.
