MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department has announced fee increases for various services, effective March 31, 2025. The updated fees will apply to youth and adult recreation programs, Aquatic Center admission, Greenwood Cemetery services, shelter and building reservations, Kent Stein and Soccer Complex maintenance, and boat harbor fees. Notably, rates at the Muscatine Municipal Golf Course will remain unchanged.
A significant change for 2025 is the removal of the resident and non-resident fee distinction. Instead, a single, uniform fee will be applied to all users for each service, promoting fairness and simplifying the fee structure. These adjustments were approved as part of the most recent budget process.
