MUSCATINE, Iowa – Due to the untimely passing of Community Development Building Division Manager Andrew Oien, the Community Development Department along with the Housing Department will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 13, to allow staff to attend the funeral of our valued co-worker and to support his family including wife Stephanie, who is also a co-worker as the Administrative Specialist for the Muscatine Fire Department, and daughters Amber, Ashley, and Aubrey.
The thoughts and prayers of all members of the City of Muscatine are with the Oien family.
If you need assistance or have documents to drop off, please go to the Finance Department on the main floor of City Hall. The staff of Community Development and Housing will resume regular hours on Thursday, Nov. 14.
