Traffic Safety Public Meeting Graphic

MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Bi-State Regional Commission and the Project Team are developing a Traffic Safety Action Plan (TSAP) for the Quad Cities; Muscatine, Iowa; and Kewanee, Illinois region—but we can’t do it without your help! Thus far, the Team has heard your safety concerns through the virtual Interactive Safety Map. The Team now wants to hear from you in-person.

Join us next month for one of our in-person Traffic Safety Focus Groups:

  • November 19, 4:30-6:30 p.m., Moline Public Library, Gold/Silver/Bronze Room
  • November 20, 9:00-11:00 a.m., Davenport Public Library Eastern Avenue Branch, Meeting Room A

If you aren’t able to attend in-person, we also have a virtual Focus Group option:

  • November 14, 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Virtual Meeting

As someone who uses these roads every day, you have firsthand knowledge of safety concerns and valuable insights for potential improvements. Will you partner with us in shaping the future of safer infrastructure for you, your family, and your community?
