MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Taylor Park Splashpad and restroom facilities will be closed on September 30 for maintenance and additional construction. The Taylor Park restroom facilities will reopen for use following the completion of the work.
The splash pad will also be closed on September 30 and remain closed until next spring.
