MUSCATINE, Iowa – There will be no parking on Sycamore Street between 8th and 11th streets, and in the 100 blocks of East 9th and East 10th streets starting at 7 a.m. Monday (April 15). KE Flatworks, Inc., the prime contractor for Phase 6AB of the West Hill Sanitary and Storm Sewer Separation Project, will be cleaning and sealing the joints in those street sections.
Drivers are asked to avoid these street sections as the work progresses and to find alternate routes if possible. Use caution when in the work zones and be alert for workers.
