4:00 P.M. – Cobblestone Hills Subdivision – 3 Lot Preliminary Plat – 26.9 Acres – Off Cobblestone Drive – RL Zoning - Cobblestone Ridge Homes, LLC & Oak Creek Development, Inc.
Review and discuss the proposed 3 Lot subdivision.
Commissioners are directed to enter Cobblestone Drive to the right and proceed until the pavement ends.
4:30 P.M. – R.L. Fridley Theatres, Inc. – 2 items
1. R-1 to S-3 – R. L. Fridley Theatres, Inc. – 15.029 Acres - Atty. Charles Coulter – Mulberry and US Hwy 61 ByPass.
2. Voluntary Annexation – R. L. Fridley Theatres, Inc. – 2.810 Acres – Atty. Charles Coulter – Mulberry and US Hwy 61 ByPass.
3. Subdivision request is forthcoming. Information will be forwarded once received.
Review and discuss the zoning change, voluntary annexation, and subdivision requests.
Commissioners are directed to enter the property at 3480 Mulberry Avenue.
