Development Plan Development Plan Revision - 610 Maiden Lane - Muscatine Downtown Investors LLC (Tom & Ann Meeker - 3.4 Acres The amended development plan reduces the number of apartments in Building B from 19 units to six three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments located on the top floor. A day care facility is being proposed for the ground floor. This day care facility could accommodate up to 50 children and would also provide overnight care. As part of the day care facility a fenced outdoor play area is being proposed. The play area would be on the north side of the building where the former playground was located. The rest of Building B, about 4,600 square feet, would be made available for rental for offices for uses that are complementary to the other uses of the building. One room would be made available for rental as a beauty salon. A 40-car parking lot to accommodate all users of Building B would be constructed, with access to this parking lot coming from current parking area along Maiden Lane.
Subdivision Norma Jean Acres Subdivision - Albert Meyer - 1 lot - 4.6 Acres - 170th Street Unincorporated Muscatine County Albert Meyer has filed a combined Preliminary/Final Plat for Norma Jean Acres a 4.603 acre one lot subdivision, in unincorporated Muscatine County located on 170th Street. The subject area is zoned A-1 (Agriculture) within unincorporated Muscatine County. The proposed subdivision would create a new 4.603-acre lot with the purpose providing of splitting off the farm house from the farm land.
