- Roll Call
- Approval of minutes from the September 3, 2013, meeting.
- Appeal Case No. 913, filed by Michael Tutor, to replace the commercial downstairs with residential apartments at 421-425 Mulberry Avenue. The C-1, Neighborhood and General Commercial Zoning District, does not permit residential use unless it is located on the second floor or above. See City Code 10-11-1(D). Parking is required per City Code 10-11-3(C) 3.
- Appeal Case No. 914, filed by Alyssa Raverty of 1426 Cedar Street, to build a 20’x20’ two car garage, with a 2 foot setback to the property line. The garage will have a 16-foot overhead door and a 30 inch man door on the front exposure. The addition to the house for the carport conversion and expansion for a new garage would not provide the required 6 foot setback on the side yard between the addition and the property line (City Code 10-6-3(A)).
