- Roll Call
- Approval of minutes from the August 6, 2013, meeting.
- Appeal Case No. 911, filed by Stephen Sutter with Landmark Irrigation, Inc., to install outdoor signage at 5112 Highway 61 South, former Green Thumbers property. Minimal signage is permitted for the (AG) Agricultural District. This use received prior approval from the Board but signage was not determined at that time. A proposal is now presented for consideration. Refer to Case No. 906.
- Appeal Case No. 912, filed by Bob Weatherman of 408 Chestnut Street, to erect a 50-foot Rohn tower at his residence. The tower exceeds the height limitations in the R-5 Residential District. Height limitation of 35 feet in this zone. See City Code 10-8-3(A).
- Appeal Case No. 913, filed by Michael Tutor, to replace the commercial downstairs with residential apartments at 421-425 Mulberry Avenue. The C-1, Neighborhood and General Commercial Zoning District, does not permit residential use unless it is located on the second floor or above. See City Code 10-11-1(D). Parking is required per City Code 10-11-3(C) 3.
