3. Appeal Case No. 907, filed by Marshall Prashak of 417 Fairview Avenue, to replace existing 16x20 foot garage with a new one on the same footprint. The structure does not meet current setback requirements. If the non-conforming structure is reduced to less than 50% of its current value it must be replaced by a conforming building (City Code 10-19-5(D)).
   
   
   
4. Appeal Case No. 908, filed by Frank Iliff for Rebuilding Together, to erect a sign at 1424 B Houser Street. Proposed ground sign is located too close to property line (City Code 10-19-2(F)(2)). Only one ground sign is allowed per property (City Code 10-19-2 (E)).
