- Approval of minutes from the April 3, 2012, meeting.
- Conditional Use Case No. 259, filed by Linda Pace for Trinity Hospital, to construct an addition to the existing hospital. This constitutes a conditional use as the hospital is located in an R-3 zoning classification (City Code 10-6-2 (C)).
- Appeal Case No. 895, filed by William Leddy III, to remove the existing garage and construct a new one at 317 Pine Street. A variance is requested because the proposed structure will be a two-story garage which is not permitted in residential zones. The 24x40 foot structure also exceeds the 1,440 square foot accessory building limit allowed by City Code 10-19-1 (B)2. The proposed structure would also be built closer to the alley than the required setback (City Code 10-6-3 (A)).
