  1. Roll Call

  2. Approval of minutes from the April 3, 2012, meeting.

  3. Conditional Use Case No. 259, filed by Linda Pace for Trinity Hospital, to construct an addition to the existing hospital. This constitutes a conditional use as the hospital is located in an R-3 zoning classification (City Code 10-6-2 (C)).

  4. Appeal Case No. 895, filed by William Leddy III, to remove the existing garage and construct a new one at 317 Pine Street. A variance is requested because the proposed structure will be a two-story garage which is not permitted in residential zones. The 24x40 foot structure also exceeds the 1,440 square foot accessory building limit allowed by City Code 10-19-1 (B)2. The proposed structure would also be built closer to the alley than the required setback (City Code 10-6-3 (A)).
