ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
SPECIAL ON-SITE MEETING
403 W MISSISSIPPI DR
TUESDAY, JULY 28, 2020 – 5:30 P.M.
At the July 7, 2020 public hearing on appeal case ZBAV-27, a proposed multi-family dwelling at 403 West Mississippi Drive, the Zoning Board of Adjustment continued and requested an on-site viewing of the subject parcel, prior to resuming deliberation on this appeal at the regularly scheduled August meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
As such an on-site viewing has been scheduled for 5:30 on Tuesday July 28, 2020 on the subject parcel, 403 W. Mississippi Drive. No action on this appeal will be taken by the Zoning Board of Adjustment at this on-site viewing.
All interested parties are welcome to attend this on-site viewing, however due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation all attendees are requested to practice appropriate social distancing and to wear a mask.
