AGENDA ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TUESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2020 – 5:30 P.M. CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of minutes from the November 5, 2019 meeting.
3. Appeal Case #ZBAV-22, filed by Priscilla Lane, to allow for the conversion of an existing building previously used as an office space into a dwelling unit, at 3005 Grandview Avenue. This new dwelling unit would be in addition to an existing dwelling unit on the property which would remain. Multiple dwelling units are not a permitted use in the M-1 Light Industrial Zoning District as per City Code Section 10-14-1.
4. Conditional Use Case #ZBACU-16, filed by Jason Curry, to operate a vehicle salvage operation at 4200 S Highway 61. This constitutes a conditional use per City Code 10-15-2(B).
