- Conditional Use Case #ZBACU-14, filed by Joe Burns of Burns & Sons Direct Appliance, to allow for the construction of a drive-in restaurant in the parking lot of 1820 Park Avenue. A drive-in establishment, including drive-in restaurants and drive-in theaters, is a designated Conditional Use in a C-1 Zoning District per City Code 10-11-2(B).
