2. Appeal Case #ZBAV-10, filed by Stephanie Balagna an appeal, to allow for 6’ high opaque fence in the front yard (already been built) at 825 Leroy Street. This fence exceeds the maximum height for an opaque fence in the front yard allowed per City Code Section 10-22-2 (B)(4)
3. Adjourn.
