- Conditional Use Case No. 277, filed by Kurt Zimmerman, to obtain a flood plain development permit to replace deteriorated rip rap alongside the boat dock at 2100 River Road (Lazy Z Rivercamp). This constitutes a conditional use per City Code 10-4-5 (B).
