- Approval of minutes from the January 5, 2016, meeting.
- Appeal Case No. 954, filed by Stacy DeLong, to install a sign at 331 East 2nd Street. Per City Code Section 10-19-2 (H)(7) new signs that overhang public right-of-way shall be reviewed the Zoning Board of Adjustment followed by City Council.
- Adjourn.
