  2. Approval of minutes from the November 4, 2014, meeting.


  3. Appeal Case No. 928, filed to Randy Ludke for Muscatine Seventh-day Adventist Church, to build and operate a low power FM radio station at 2904 Mulberry Avenue. A variance is requested to raise the current antenna to the FCC approved height of 49.2126 feet. The requested height exceeds the 35 foot maximum height limit in the R-1 Zoning District per City Code 10-6-3(A).
