Parking Division

The Parking Division has responsibility for approximately 1,400 metered, leased, and free parking spaces provided by the City in the central business district. Parking spaces are available in both on-street and parking lot locations. View a listing of parking fees and fines.

Available Parking Locations

The five largest off-street parking lots have a combination of leased parking spaces and short- and long-term meters and are located at:

• Lot 1 - Intersection of Third and Chestnut streets.
• Lot 2 - Intersection of Second and Pine streets.
• Lot 4 - Adjacent to Mississippi Drive at Sycamore Street.
• Lot 7 - Third Street across from City Hall.
• Lot 8 - Intersection of Third and Cedar streets.

Enforcement of Time Limits

Parking meters and parking time limits are enforced from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,Monday through Friday, except for city holidays.

It is the responsibility of the parking staff to enforce the parking ordinances of the City of Muscatine.
