Recycling Drop Off Center

Muscatine and Fruitland residents who pay a monthly fee through their Muscatine Power & Water (MPW) bill for their refuse and recycling collection, will now be able to drop off their recyclable material at the Muscatine Transfer Station.

How to use the drop off center

  1. Park in the customer parking area next to the Drop Off Center
  2. Visit the Transfer Station office and fill out form.
  3. Remove items from your vehicle and carry inside through the green door into the drop off center.
  4. Place items in appropriate bin.
