Labor Day (September 4th, 2023)
The Muscatine Transfer Station will be closed on Monday, Sept. 4th for the Labor Day holiday. The facility will resume regular hours on Tuesday, Sept. 5th, 2023, from 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. with the last load on the scale at 3:15 p.m.
There will be no Bulky Waste or Yard Waste Collection on Monday, Sept. 4th or Tuesday, Sept. 5th, 2023.
REFUSE COLLECTION - There will be no refuse collection on Monday, Sept. 4th, 2023.
Monday(the 4th) and Tuesday(the 5th) garbage routes will be collected on Tuesday, Sept. 5th, 2023.
RECYCLING COLLECTION - There will be no recycling collection on Monday, Sept. 4th . Monday's Week A route will be collected on Tuesday, Tuesday's route will be collected on Wednesday and so forth.
COMPOST FACILITY – The Compost Facility at the Muscatine Transfer Station will be closed for Labor Day.
